Unfortunately it's not likely in the foreseeable future. Currently no one makes the replica tank or tail (or good side covers).
The paint is very, very good. We've sold a few of these sets to people with collections of Z1's and they are well pleased with them. One advantage (disadvantage?) the Japanese have is the paint is different to what's now legal in the USA. They can still use some of the paints banned here.
I wonder will Jeff get body kits for the 1976 KZ900 A4?

As of later this week, we'll have at least 1 set of each color and some additional sets of a few of the colors. Ongoing availability shouldn't be bad.
Like everything in the vintage motorcycle parts arena, production runs tend to be fairly small quantities, so it's not unusual for supplies to run out - but more will get made for sure...

So how about the KZ650 series.
Any chance we will see these for the KZ650 anytime soon?
I would say that there is a healthy market for them.
Jeff what do you think the chances of that happening are?

At this point I think it it's unlikely KZ650 bodywork will be available as no one makes the tanks. Tanks are typically made 100's at a time, so it's questionable as to whether enoough vendors like ourselves would commit to quantity. Even with the Z1 tank, we had to wait until other vendors around the world added to the total tanks ordered to get a batch of 200 tanks made. Not helping is the KZ650's had a few different tank designs whereas the Z1's (and the KZ900/early KZ1000's except LTD's) all use basically the same tank.
As with anything, it tends to be pure economics as to whether something will get made - if there's enough interest, then it'll happen.

this is a test to see if it can be posted to.
And to top it off, my name appears as the last poster to the thread, in the Paint forum, even though I didn't post to it, and this thread fragment is in the Chassis forum.

I expect to see the usual suspects in here. Steell, what's taking so long?
