kz1000 classic grab rail

hi all, first real post here. just wondering if anyone has successfully modified a grab rail from a non-kz1000 classic to fit the classic. i know my chances of finding a stock rail are pretty much zilch. the sissy bar that came with the bike has tore up the back of the seat as it isnt long enough, it interferes with the opening of the seat, and its not to my liking anyway. was going to make some adapters to mount it further rearward but it looks funny w/o the actual bar in place. kinda like a hockey stick....at least its a chrome hockey stick! thanks, keith

got a euro one that incorperates the rear blinkers. fair shape at best, but good for a driver. interested?
