I picked up some touch-up paint for some of my rear frame area under the seats. I was surprised how good it looks. It's Gloss Black Plasti-Kote brush-on fast dry enamel. I used a small sponge brush which allowed me to get most of the areas I wanted to touch up. I also used it on the chipped front master cylinder.
Its less than $2 at Walmart in the household paint area.
