Half fairings. There are a couple companies you can get that one from. Norvil sells one a lot like it:
www.norvilmotorcycles.com
there is also Clubman Racing
www.clubmanracing.com/
I'd go with the second if you're in the USA. But ya, if memory serves that fairing in the picture came with the 900 Super Sport.

Okay, thanks to you two clowns (Wizid and rstnick) I've been geekin' on those sites for the past hour...letting my sick wheels churn on how I'd like to build a single-seat Z-1 with a Rickman/Dunstall type of fairing on 17" superwide spoked wheels, etc, etc... Thanks for contributing to my delinquency...like I needed help there!
But hey, Marp68, if you were wondering that Ducati that you posted up is bone stock, man; came with that gorgeous fairing. But if you were just using that as a frame of reference...nice choice!

I always loved the 900 Super Sport... but for some reason I enjoy the more industrial look of it's sister the 900GTS.. bigger tank, more comfortable seat...

Yes, BadKaw, I just used it as a reference. But I really love the Ducati. I drove a Ducati Monster 900 Sie -00 before. Really loved that machine. Even built myself a pair of spooked wheels for it, since I love the 60 and 70 sports look. But then Ducati released their classic models. Some looks nice, but I tend to like the original models better.
Other things I did one mine was shorten the tail, smaller turn signals and mirrors, carbon mufflers...

I found this for sale on the Swedish website. It's the 1/4 universal fairing, originally for a BMW. I think this looks okej also, but I will for sure have make an arrangement to put it on my bike.
Has anyone put on a fairing like this on the z-models?
