Real jerk!
Bought a LTD 1000 emblem, w/shipping for a cost of about $40. It arrived with bad chrome, and no fasteners. Emailed to complain about the quality versus cost and got a spiel about the weak American dollar and having to ship it around the world! I live in Houston for pete's sake! They further said that their ad doesn't mention the fasteners so my expectations were out of line.(We're talking little spring clips here)
Truth be told, they did say send it back for a complete refund, but said nothing about who was expected to pickup the postage, so I'll figure they think that supposed to be my burden as well.....
That's my story. I hope others have had better dealings with them, but it's not gonna happen with me again,I'm just going to live with what I got, as they're just not worth the hassle....

The customer service sucks. I baught the dual headlight set up a few years back and the bracket was drilled wrong so I had to drill two more holes in it to make the lights work. No response to calls and emails.

For what it's worth I just ordered a gasket from them and ordered an oil filter while I was at it. Gasket was fine, but got the totally wrong oil filter from them.

Told me to box it up, send it back, and he'd credit me the filter and shipping. Frankly, I'm not going to bother with all that for the $6 the filter cost. Not worth the effort...

Hey all,

Sorry to hear about this for I have had nothing but good luck with them. Very prompt service and on my first order (plastic side covers) they missed one. I contacted them and they had it shipped out overnight delivery.

I just received my 1/2" CC sprocket, 2 days.

I guess I've just been lucky...

I too have not had bad luck with them. The oil temperature gauge that goes in place of the oil filler cap is cool and functional.
