surface rust was created by vach
does anyone treat their bike with "mothers" or anything for winter storage? my bike has rust on the nuts and bolts.

It wouldn't hurt. I have put a heavy coat of wax on chrome parts to help protect them. I just put it on and let it haze, or whatever they do, and then wiped it off in the spring. It helps. I have seen some guys coat all the chrome with vaseline. Messy but it cleans up in the spring with some good soapy water. Nothing gets through that stuff.
