I recently put a POR-15 tank liner in my kz650 tank and it has bubbled up in places. Has anyone had this happen and what did you do?

I've done three and not had a problem. Perhaps you can contact the POR 15 people and ask their advice.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

If you mean it's bubbled up from not sticking completely to the metal, it has to be removed. Acetone or MEK will disolve it, but it's a really tedious job. If this happened it means the metal in the tank was not completely etched clean before the sealer was applied.

I still haven't gotten this crap out of my tank! I have been using acetone and it doesn't work. Please help. What is the strongest paint stipper available?
