ltd side cover fit a non ltd? was created by violentvintagecycles
I have an 82 kz550a3, not an ltd, was wondering if a side cover from an 81 ltd will fit it? I tried to use kawasaki.com to see what other bikes it came up with but it didnt work.

No the tank will fit but the sidecovers are different.

Gringo, you wouldnt have one, would ya? Left side, 82 550a3? Noticed in your signature you had a parts bike, probably the first things gone right? lol

Sorry, nope didn't get any with the bike. I did have a spare LTD tank hanging around and that's how I know it will fit. Tried the LTD side covers and no go.
