newB: superbike bars was created by Skylinedreams
Hello all, first post... many more to come.

I plan on purchasing superbike bars for my 80' kz650 custom, but the measurements i've found seem off. All the ads on ebay for superbike bars have a center measurement of 4" but the bar clamps on the top crown are a little more than 4" apart. Will the bars fit, or will I be clamping down on the bends? Is there anything I can do to remedy this, or should I keep shopping for a wider center?

Welcome. B)

Not sure on the bar spacings. I've bought bars in the past and have never had a problem, as long as they're 7/8" bars.
You may have problems with the brake master cylinder getting close to the Tach, so that might need dealing with.

Pictures are a must for new members. ;)

There are Superbike bars available with a 4.75" center width, I know this because I have bought 3 of them so far.
The 750 twins require at least a 4.75" center.

I think Z1 Enterprises may sell them, but I bought mine from a bike shop in PA that sells on eBay.

They are not real easy to find.
