KZ Gas Tank was created by Tommotbird
This is the first post that I have made on the site so hope I am doing it right.
I just bought the attached gas tank to fit to my KZ750 Ltd. Does anyone know which model it may be from? It has two gas tap apertures, one right and one left. The part No is 51001-1062-8K

The part # comes up KZ550C for 1982/83. It may fit a 750, but I would doubt it as very few body parts will swap between the CC classes.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Hey Tommotbird,

Just reply to your last post, no need for a new thread each posting.

Unfortunately I lost your picture when I was transferring stuff from the other thread. Would you please repost it?

I can't see any pictures but I can tell you that a 550 LTD tank will not work on a 750 LTD. Both the front and rear mounts are totally different. You can mount a 550 LTD tank on a 550 STD and you can also use a tank from a 650 CSR on your 750 LTD.
