Look in the second post in this thread (the one from me) for a link to a company that sells nice bars for really cheap. You can also get them from many other vendors, including z1Enterprises.com.......I am intrigued by the comments on superbike bars. Where would I look for some?...

One question, though, exactly how would I measure the rise. Obviously it's from the center where it's clamped, but is it where the immediate rise ends where it begins the line where the controls go, or is it the very end of the bar? I'm tryinmg to determine what's on my bike currently. Thanks.

...where the immediate rise ends where it begins the line where the controls go...
Yeah, that.
If you counted it at the *end* of the bar, the goofy way that the Euro bars are bent would register as no rise if that were the case.
However, the ends of the bars are used to measure the "pull-back", again from the center of the bar.

Superbike bar questions:
Do the superbike bars require that you lean forward like the crotch rockets?
Do you have better control now that you've switched bars?
Will the controls fit without major modification on the superbike bars or will I need to get different length control cables?

Is there such a thing as handlebars that don't require you to angle your wrists to the left or right?

So if you had had a different MC back then you would have gone with different bars?
