Fairing and Seat Question
08 Aug 2007 20:37
Ok so I'm sure at somepoint someone else has asked this question but Now its another new guys turn. Since watching the first mad max as a kid I fell in love with the silver KZ1000 that Goose rode in the movie now through some looking on the internet I found the name of the company who made the orignal fairing for the bike but sadly they went under before the movie hit the screens.
So Does anyone have any idea where I might find a front fairing close as well as a seat set up that close as well.
Thanks in advance to any help you folks can lend.

Welcome to KZr Joker.
Yep, La Parisienne(sp) stopped making those fairings years ago.
IIRC though, someone in Oz snagged up the molds and is re-producing them.
I don't recall the name of the person/company selling them, but I'm sure someone else with that info will pop and be able to help you.

The fairing is over a $1000 now days. And it's a very hard one to track down. You can get the tail piece here in the States.
