+1 for powder coating. Had my dirtbike frame powdercoated and I love it. One thing though, when you put the engine in, put the engine on its side, and put the frame over the engine so you don't beat up the frame, then when the engine is bolted to the frame, turn the whole thing right side up and start bolting on your wheels, tank, seat, etc. If I can, I plan to get my kz650 frame powder coated.
