Yet another tank question was created by BUG
well here goes i have recently started restoring my 81 750 LTD, it sat out in the weather for over 10 years.SO after cleaning the inside of the gas tank.and all rust has been removed i have noticed 3 tiny pin holes on the bottom side of the tank near the seam.my question is what is the best way to repair this? Any and all suggestion will be appreciated

There are several commercially available products you can use to seal your tank. Caswell plating has an epoxy for this purpose. Also available kreem,por-15,hirsch automotive and kbs offer products. You could also have the tank professionally repaired at most radiator shops.
