Tank Emblems

Ok got my 81 KZ550 LTD repainted...pretty nice!
But dont want to put the old emblems on, cant find any new ones, will 81 KZ440's OR 81 KZ750 work ?(found some on ebay)
I'm looking for a "brushed goldish" colored emblems.

Could I refinish my old ones? the black is chipped off, Any ideas ?

The part number for your emblems is 56014-1042 and Mother Kaw says these emblems are the same for the following: KZ550C series, KZ250, KZ305A/B, KZ440A/B/D, KZ550F, KZ650F, and KZ750H. However, grab Testor's model paint of your choice, a small brush, and a steady hand and you too can refurbish
