Chrome hex bolt caps?

So, when I replaced my brackets a few weeks ago I noticed that the bolts holding them on are all chewed. I was hoping to find some hex-bolt chrome caps, but it seems like most of the bolts on this damn bike are 12mm which is apparently equivalent to 15/32 in SAE bolt sizes. I can find caps for 7/16 bolts, (11mm) but I can't find anything for 12mm.

Anyone know where I would look for something like that? Is it impossible... or is there a better way to get my bolts to be all shiny? :)
