seat locks

I have two seat locks but no keys one is for a 78 KZ1000 A2 and the other is for a 83 KZ1100.

78 KZ1000 work in progress in Hacienda Heights California and a 82 KZ1100 Spectra And a 1992 ZX11.

I guess I don't understand the purpose of your post. Are you looking to sell the seat locks or needing a source for keys? If you need keys try www.key-men.com just give them the number stamped on the lock and for around $20 they will cut you a key.
