I bought a spare larger style tank for my KZ1000 LTD.
It had several layers of paint, and someone had Bondo'd over the emblem mounts. So I went to work to strip off multiple paint layers and bondo to get back to bare steel in preparation for repainting.
Not surprisingly, when I removed the Bondo, there were dents beneath, and someone had drilled 3 small holes in the tank to slide-hammer out the dents.
So the question is, now that I have uncovered these holes, what is the best way to patch them up. Is something like epoxy or JB Weld the way to go, or do I need to take it to a welder?
