Anyone have handy the length of the OEM rear shocks on a 1982 GPz 750?

There was a fellow on eBay last week selling a set for a 1980 GPz750 [which is in error, I know, but they were for the R1]...I tried to get him to send me the center-to-center eye shock length (I need a set for my 1982 R1) and all he would supply was the total length of 15". Mine are still on my bike so that info doesn't do me much good. If you find out, let me know...you might also check DennisKirk.com as they have an applications table in their metric catalogue (just thought of that...but my catalogue is at home).:)

Kirk catalog lists the 82 GPz 750 shocks for series 12 & 14 as 13.5" eye to eye.

Thanks for the info, guys! Now for a tougher one -- need the length of the fork (measured from axle centerline to the top of the fork leg) for the OEM forks on a 1982 GPz 750. Sorry for the dumb questions, but trying to do some chassis planning and the bike is in a storage unit in another state.

I'll start a new thread so this doesn't get lost here.

Thanks in advance!

Mark
