The mount on the swingarm is about 20mm wide. It is about 33mm high. The bolt hole is in the middle.
It uses a 10mm x 40mm 1.25 pitch bolt that threads into the clevis on the bottom of the shock on the inside hole which is threaded.
The clevis on the shock is 40mm top to bottom but the inside part that fits over the mount on the swingarm is 35mm. It is about 22mm open from front to back

The hole is in the middle of the bracket on the swingarm. The opening in the clevis is 35mm. I would guess at half of 35mm. If you can wait for tomorrow, I will measure to be positive. You also have a bushing in the part on the swingarm.

my bad,i need the distance from center of shock bolt hole to top of swingarm so i know where to drill shock bolt holes .ive already got the axle slots milled in 1/2" farther up than center of arm to lower rear of bike more.it has always driven me nuts that the only way to get one of these bikes really low is to have rear of swingarm higher than front of swingarm so i raised mine up.

I am kind of confused as to what you need. This pic shows a typical Suzuki swingarm with mount bracket for clevis on shock... show me what you want measured.
