"You shouldn't have to do anything to the motor unless you want to put in a Wiseco 810 kit, maybe port the head. Get a nice pipe, ditch the airbox for some pods, rejet and you're good."

okay, let's get to work shall we?
I need some measurements, so get out your dial caliper.
1) Width of swingarm at pivot. (You could pull the sleeve and just measure that, as thats what really counts.)
2) Width of frame interior pivot area.
3) I.D. of swingarm pivot sleeve.
4) I.D. of frame pivot holes.
I assume you will be going single shock? If so, there's a bunch more to do, but this is the first step.
Get me those measurements and I'll tell you the easiest way to go about mounting it. I have one of those swingarms here someplace I think but I'm getting ready to move, so I haven't a clue where it is! lol

Ninja sleeve is 20mmID, right? K. Good. We got that.
By #1 I meant width of the sleeve, as in length. The OD of that sleeve (28mm) is irrelevant. Lemme see if I can find my arm to measure some of the against.

Also, how far do you want to mod the bike? Are you planning on ever taking it back to stock again? If so, there's certain ways we need to go about this. lol
If not, it's much easier and faster. aha
