GPz 750 Chassis vs. GPz 1100 Chassis

Looking for information on the differences between the 1981-82 GPz750 chassis and the 1981-82 GPz 1100 chassis. Mostly interested in frame specs -- wheelbase, steering head angle, etc. Have done a search on this site and a Google search and haven't turned up much of anything.

I can supply any other specs, but you must be specific to what you need as I have the full (and lengthy) specifications for both bikes:)

Wow, that's more of a difference than I thought. Is there somewhere on the web where you can find the stats on older bikes like this? My websearches don't turn up much, and even the stats on this site are pretty spartan. Things like steering head angle, trail, wheelbase, and even dry weight seem hard to find.

The reason I'm asking is this: I'm looking at building an AHRMA Vintage Superbike Heavyweight for next season, and looking for the best platform to start with. I'm looking for input, but rather than pose those questions here, I'll start a new thread.

Hatman...the types of info you might be interested in for various KZ models are listed in the specification sheets in the KHI manuals. So unless you have a manual, you are SOL and they are probably not on the web. Stein...the webmaster on this site...is trying to encourage folks to post the spec sheets for each KZ model. I don't know how much luck he is having as it requires an investment in time from the members (and we are fundamentally lazy:laugh: :laugh: ).
