Footpeg bolts

I'm stripping my 650 frame for paint, but can't figure out how to remove the bolts for the footpegs. I have the footpegs off but they seem to be threaded into the frame, with a nut on the backside. How do I remove these? They are the only thing still on the frame.

remove the nuts on back side then screw studs out with stud extractor if you have one or use vise grips;)
