Slipping rear wheel

I posted a posting on here a time ago about my tire always feeling like i was slipping in oil all the time when i ride. Its just the roads. I was reccomended to check my wheel axle bolt to see if it was loose and it was tight. Then there was the thing where i putarmorall on the tires, but not on the treads and I never did that again, I mean put armorall on the tires. But yeah the roads here in Denver are somewhat horrible and they have bumps that put the bike in a track that run lengthwise with the road. So I am extra carefull when riding in this city, plus i practically jump this ramp of a bump in the road when riding to work. I will take some pics to show you guys what i go through
