Replacment throttle assembly

Hi all, I have a set of drag bars on my 650 and have to position them to where they are uncomfortable so the throttle cables don't hit the tank. I would like to replace the stock throttle with a "lower profile" version.

Does anyone know of a good set to try out?

Can I go to a single cable setup?

I wouldn't mind replacing the brake and clutch levers at the same time so if anyone knows of a full replacment set, I would appreciate it. Or is there another KZ model that has a better setup?
