Does anyone know the brand name of brakes used on the superbikes of the 80's......13 inch rotors....have seen on some custom bikes

As far as I know the ones on the race bikes like the KZ1000S were factory items i.e. custom made by Kawasaki for the race bikes. You can get rotors custom made by engineering companies like Spondon in the UK.

I think Grimeca were popular in dragracing, and I believe Lockheed made racing brakes at one time.
