does anyone make raised white-lettered tires anymore?

i want to keep my 80 ltd 1000 close to stock in looks.

i ordered dunlap qualifiers last july and they're still on backorder from dunlap. what i've heard is that hd is putting them on the new sportsters and so we have to wait. argh!

i might have to go with plain dunlap 401s, which i've heard is a good cruising tire.

any thoughts?

thanks,

mcat:unsure:

I have 110 on my 900 which calls for a 100 but I have a different
fender and I have to deflate the tire to get it off between the fender
bolt heads.

Oh and before anyone asks I don't work or own stock in Bridgestone.......

i finally got my tires installed with the
110/90/h19 for the front instead of the 100. the tire rubs the fender-- sigh.

any suggestions on a replacement fender or mod to the old? i might try to drill another set of holes to raise the fender off the tire a bit...

Is it just rubbing on the bolt heads? I had that issue and solved it by grinding down the bolt heads to half their orginal thickness. Havnt had the fender fly off....yet! :P

bolt head clearence is fine, it's the rolled fender edge I think.
