axle help

I need a 17mm axle that is 13 to 13.5" long to complete swingarm swap. cant find any kind of refrence on length X diameter. any help would kick. time is against me!!

14inch 17mm round stock, thread both ends, put a nut on one end so that the nut is flat with the end of the axle, weld a ring around the nut to the axle. drink beer, admire your work ;)
