Will an aluminum rear wheel with a drum brake from a shaft bike work in place of a wire wheel from a chain driven bike? For example, if you have an 83 Spectre and a 77 650B can you swap the mag and put the 650s hub and sprocket on the Spectre wheel, giving you a rear mag, without having to set it up for rear disc brakes?
