Bridgestone Battlax BT45

The Bridgestone Battlax BT45 are meant to be the best tyres for the old "superbikes" (road use) Many good reviews about this tyres here in Europe. Does any of you ride on them? Which are in your opinion the best/stickier tyres for sporty road use for my 1977 KZ1000 (4.00/18,3.25/19)
Thanks

I had the battlax on my gsxr 1000 and it was nice and sticky with good millage, but I wore and I got the metzler and after having that tire I would have no other. I even put then on my kz750 and they are sticky and work great with the old bike. but the Bridgestone is not a bad tire at all.

I found the Battlax's to be a bit slippery under hard riding.I would Go with the Metz or the Dunlop 501 GT's. I've read alot of good things on this forum about the 501's.

I've been happy with the BT45s. Good all round tire, pleny sticky enough for me but the back can break loose under hard acceleration. What I do like is the tires still grip when the temperature's getting down towards freezing. Ok in the rain too. I just plain trust them.

I've got 'em on my ZL1000 and they are plenty sticky and work well. I would recommend them to anyone.

place a set on a Cb900c and they are great. Good allround tire!
