new member with swap q's

Hey all! I just joined the forum in hopes of finding some answers to suspension swap questions.

My daily ride is a 2003 Honda 919, but I also have a 1983 kz440 ltd that is something of a project bike.

I'd like to put a beefier front end on the 440, but all the front end swaps that I saw on the forum when I searched were for the 650, Z1, or Z1100.

I also want to swap out the swingarm, preferable for a complete KZ650 rear end in order to obtain a rear disc to replace the rear drum of the 440.

The problems I'm going to run into I'm sure are many since the 440 has a single front disk, rear drum brake, and belt drive instead of chain drive.

Any comments, suggestions, etc. are very welcome. I know from reading through the forum that there are some very knowledgeable and experienced members here, so please share your wisdom.
