Oil - Fork Cap Removal Procedure / Tool?

 Howdy,

Is there a tool used for the fork oil cap removal? 
I drained the oil out of one side accidentally. It also has an air valve.

Push the cap down using a tool of some sort, then use a pick tool to dig out the C clip.

I got it thank you all - i’d never seen something like this before. Used a large flat head & a pick. Gauged the top a bit with the flathead - I would use something more forgiving next time.
