Will the 77-79 KZ650 grab bar fit kz750???

I have a 1981 KZ750E and wondered if the KZ750 grab bar will fit? Any ideas???

gut instinct. nope. very little stuff on an early 650 is going to work on a 750-4.

Yeah I think the 650's grab bars are around 2" longer than what would fit a 750. The crazy thing is that I have seen grab bars like that on my same bike on the internet...frustrating!

Take a look for a Z1R grab bar.  They’re very similar, and although I don’t have measurements,  they appear shorter.

The passenger grab rails on the 650 SR models are shorter than the 650 B/C models by about 1" if that helps. I think I may have the exact measurement around here somewhere as I bought a set by mistake years ago.

Mounting distance on B/C model rails is 9-1/4" so on the SR about 8-1/4" (need to check)

What is the distance between the mounting points on the 750?

I have written down the SR grab rails are 3/4" shorter, so they have 8-1/2" mount centers.
