Seat cushion for long rides

I'm finding many different options for seat cushions.
I'm looking for recommendations one which ones are the most comfortable for all day rides.

Sheepskin is popular with aircraft crew seats. Those guys sit for long periods of time, without getting up much.

In some of the motorcycle forums I participate, people have mentioned using the Airhawk R Seat Pad during long rides.
