Rear tire '78 KZ650SR ?

Stock size on the SR is 5.10-16 ...

What I'd like to do is run Bridgestone BT46s on the SR ... but what modern size corresponds to 5.10?

Is that a 130/16?

There used to be a chart!

I would run the 130.  Tried and true.
