Suggestions for KZ200 brake pads?

Hi everyone,
I've got a '78 KZ200 that I'm working on. It's currently running decently at the moment, but the front brake pads that came on it are pretty worn and I'd like to replace them. I have done a quick search but with my inexperience I don't really know the difference between the types (organic, sinter, etc.) or what is best. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ross

Use the organic! The sinter perfom better but "eat" your disk quick!

Great, thanks!

Does anyone have suggestions for the best place to get them? Most of the ones I'm seeing on sites such as Revzilla only offer universal pads that are rectangular, unlike the circular pads on the kz200. Pardon my ignorance.
