My brakes sound like screaming eagle and it get worce when they are hot.I have fixed scqweking brakes before by placing special rubber tape on the back on the pads on other bike. Is it okay to do this on the kz? i read that regular copper paste not helps on the kz

Copper grease on the back and edges of the pads along with "glazebusting" the face of the pads with 240 grit generally sorts the problem (are the calliper sliders free)

Thanks i normally would do it that way but read somwhere that on the z1 brakes the sqeak come back fast .The silly thing is tha PO had the bike at kawa dealer and the brakes was overhauled by them not long before i bought the bike. I think i try to place some adesive brake pad rubber backing tape if it is possible on the pads on the kz.have not studied picks of the pads
