So i got my bike all buttoned up, she fired up ran better than ever. Alrhough then i noticed a puddle. Brske fluid from the rear caliper pushing through the split of the two piece caliper(odd design to be sure)
Tore it apart and realized... i had forgotten the rubber washer that keeps it from doing just that. Part ordered, along with new pads as they were soaked too.... one ride one repair. She is living up to her name. This one was completely on me. Im looking for torque specs for this caliper, for the D1 if anyone has them. For the two allen hesded bolts that hold it together and also for the nut on the stabilizer bar. Thank you

Appreciate it. Yes I rebuilt the caliper and somehow missed the one o ring, or sealing ring they call it appropriately enough. Your photo shows two small o rings, but I have no idea where the bigger of the two goes. I ordered the o ring but couldnt find the torque specs so thank you so much for that sir

I see the bigger oring as square, that would make them piston to caliper bore seals.

I was talking about the photo, seems to have an extra o ring (small)
I received the sealing o ring and installed, along with fresh pads. Works amazing now and no leaks. whew....
