Hi,
Has anyone ever changed this seal?
if you did how to change it so that it doesn't breake?
Can't find a catalogue number only for the hole cylinder set.

Here it is mentioned part number 4, but no mention of testing it. I’d suggest contacting a company like Sonic that deals with forks. They might have an answer.

07 Nov 2022 08:06If you are going to the trouble of disassembling the forks to a point where you could measure the seal, does it not make sense to just replace them and be done with it?Is there a way to determine the wear factor? I wouldn't bother changing it if it is still in the wear factor range.
I assume that it should have larger OD than the metal OD. How much are we talking about?
