Clutch/throttle cables

Okay, let's try this again...I'm picking up an 81 KZ440 LTD & the first thing I'm doing is ditching the buckhorn handlebars for a low profile bar.  Any advice on where to source shorter cables is appreciated.

You'll probably need to change the bars first, and then measure how long you want your shorter cables to be. After that, just take your existing cable into your local bike mechanic and ask if they have the same cable but shorter by the amount you want. I did this with my KZ250 and the cable I ended up with was for a suziki I think, but worked perfectly.
