He was wondering what to do about the chrome metal trim around the bottom perimeter of the seat. 
I haven't seen mention of that detail in a while & don't know anything about it. wasn't even sure if that was stock or what. 
Here's a brochure on EB showing the trim. #353904664104. I guess that's chrome?
Related. Sargent cycle seats has a Honda case study, but they don't show how to install the chrome trim. the how-to is kind of informative otherwise, though.
