Where are those on the motorcycle? just curious.  I looked thru the diagrams for the 1981 KZ650-CSR but only found 1.

Here's a sample Kawasaki circlip at Cmsnl.com in the UK. #92033-036:   www.cmsnl.com/products/circlip10mm_92033036/

#92033-036 is superseded by 482J0100:  www.cmsnl.com/products/circlip-10mm_482j0100/
note: these are just examples. I have no idea what size you have.

Taking a guest that the picture appears zoomed in to show them larger than actual size, my guess is e-clip/circlip that retain the choke plunger spools.

They are used on the carb linkages. I know as one went flying across the room when I was seperating my carbs. I bought an assortment box of e-clips from;
