Front end alignment

Aloha guys. Long story short, my left fork was leaking ever so slightly from the bottom bolt, so decided to fix that leak and be done. Wrong. After I fixed that leak (it's not leaking any more) and put everything back, I've noticed that my front wheel was not straight. See pictures below. Any idea what could be wrong?

Little history about the front end. Top and bottom triple are original. I bought the fork pair on ebay. Took them apart and rebuild it by me. When I rolled the inner tube on wood table, it rolled straight and checked with straight edge but did not take the measurement using dial gauge ( I have one, so if I need it, I will measure it). Bottom/outer tube seems to be straight as well as no binding when compressed without the inner spring. But just like the inner tube, I haven't measure anything.

Axle and spacer are original, as does the wheel. . Wheel bearing are from All Balls, installed by me and yes, they are seated correctly. Made sure by me it's seated correctly (made the mistake before, so I made sure of it).

It is possible that I had mixed up the spacer, but I swear that I measured it and it was correct (measurement per Partzilla part info 30mm).

What could it be?

Loosen it up, put your fender on, then try again. Your fork lowers are angled, so the axle will be too.

It is easy to assemble it twisted. As I recall, the lower clamp should be tightened first, then the axle, then the top clamp.

This is a interesting project
The front fender is a way to align the lowers
I am curious if there is any other way to make sure the forks are in alignment ?

The procedure in the factory service manual works right well.

Manuals?  We don't need no stinkin' manuals!!

You can also switch the forks left to right and right to left. Just to see what the position is then

I may be optical illusion because is a picture from above, but the top triple clamp looks considerably wider than the bottom one, center to center.

 That's unlikely, I had a steering stem pressed in to a bottom clamp that galled, it put it off centre a tiny amount and the top clamp wouldn't go on at all, alignment only has to be out a fraction for it to become hard to get together....
