Can anyone tell me about this backrest?

Can anyone tell me if this backrest is a factory Kawasaki part, or aftermarket? Anyone know the maker?

I have one I bought new in 1979 for my 78 LTD
Not factory
I believe the brand was Circycle , but memory is getting weak.
They sold it modular The side brackets were model and make specific to fit
The main bar was sold plain and you could add the eagle
The eagle was sold a number of different ways.
You could get it plain ( No Logo ) like yours , or with the brand included. Mine says Kawasaki
The back rest was a option and came in at least to models
Yours is rounded at the top and mine is flat
pretty rare in good shape
Here is a picture of my bike with the bar back in 1982
