Kz1000A swing arm

Hi what are these two brackets sticking up on my swing arm I guess for chain sliders but I have been told my bike hasn't got these here is a photo

How to they fit on ? Also cannot find any on the parts shops for the kz1000A model so confused

The plastic chain guard fits into two inside tabs one front and one towards the rear.. Two bolts hold the outside.

As Swest mentioned. Those are for the chain guard. The two fins your asking capture the inside (tire side) of the guard to keep it from rubbing the tire. The guard just rests between the two steel fins
