Can somebody please tell me where I can find this style of lever for my '78 1000? I feel like I've looked everywhere.

This is why I love this forum. Such a quick response. I don't know why I could find any before. I'm assuming because I searched specifically for KZ1000 and never even thought to look for 900 levers.
Maybe it's just me, but the levers seem like they're they're sooo far away. Can especially make it hard to feather that clutch half way through a right turn.

MAGURA Brand Also. I have a nice set from 15 years ago. They match my glass beaded and clear coated parts.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWon't fit. Look closely at your perch. I bought this for mine. Not perfect but a close fit.
The perch I got from Z1E. It was supposed to be correct.
I bought the new one but will have to get a teflon shim so it won't rattle.

Steve with all due respect I say they fit. They might need a bronze bushing or a Teflon washer to make them as OEM. They will fit and work. See photos... Used OEM on the bottom, NOS middle and dog leg aftermarket on top.
Here are some side by side comparisons.

As per Partzilla the Z1 uses a different clutch lever.

Kaylinator was looking for levers for his Kz1000A. I pretty sure the 1976-‘77 Kz900’s and 1977-‘80 Kz1000 are all the same.
Maybe someday I’ll get to your level and own a Z1.

Levers arrived earlier this week. I fit them up and they were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Mikaw!
