KZ700L & KZ750L fuel tank

1983-84 KZ700L & KZ750L fuel tank are of the "squarish" format.
Anyone knows if such a 700/750 fuel tank does fit on KZ1000R, KZ1100R, 1983 KZ1000J3 or 1981/1982 GPZ1100? (assuming the GPZ 1100 is converted to carburetors).

You can compare their method of attachment. Partzilla diagrams or EB pics. If significantly different, then probably not.

You might want to look up Daftrusty and message him. He put a later 1000 rectangular tank on his 750E. He's got crazy wide knowledge so there is a fair chance he can tell you what would have to be modded.

I'm pretty sure the front mounts fit straight up, its at the rear there could be a difference, the 750/1100 tanks look the same but there are differences, I think the 750 tank is a bit shorter with slightly less volume... Measure before you buy...
