Is this a factory issue with these bikes that the rear fram don´t line up with the tire?
Can´t find any cracks or dents anywhere in the fram...

I noticed this on my 78 650B when deleting the rear chrome fender and doing the swingarm swap. I just centered the wheel in the swingarm (which was centered in the pivot).
IDK. Would like to know as well.

Maybe the PO swap the L/R rear wheel spacer. It´s a common error after a tire change. Check if the chain escape is straight on between the rear and front sprockets.
