Engine crash bars

Hi all picked up a s/h pair of crash bars for engine cases, the guy say's they are for 77-79 but top mounting is OK, fits to engine mount, bottom mount has a triangle plate with a with 3 holes, but doesn't match with anything on frame, am I a bracket missing or different frame?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThe triangular ends may need U-bolts that clamp around the frame..
Guessing the 2-pt case savers in the link below are what you got or similar.
