Center stand for a 76 KZ900 LTD

Hello - I am a new member, I just purchased my first Kawasaki recently and I was wondering if anyone has installed a center stand
on a 1976 KZ900 LTD? My has the stock exhaust and I want to install one if possible but have read that it won't fit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 78LTD with 81 pipes with a 75 center stand. The stand fits the frame but had to be adjusted for the pipes. I ground off the step lever and moved it down to fit the pipes cutout and rewelded. If your frame has the stand attachments you can make one fit. Good luck.
